Transit Backpacks

A bag is a part of our everyday lives. We use it to carry our things, to give as presents, and even an item/accessory to complete our entire look or OOTD. Just recently, I was asked to model these light weight, durable, and stylish backpacks!

And oh, these bags are for men and women, students and yuppies, and young and young at heart!

I chose the red backpack, not only it's catches attention because of its vibrant color, it also gives an accent to you entire look.

Ira's backpack's brown. It's subtle and simple.

Ira and I sporting our stylish bags. Perfect for yuppies!

Not like the usual colors, Luigi's carrying a silver waterproof bag! It gives a more hip vibe to an outfit.

A metallic green waterproof backpack is what Charlene chose. It's very trendy and up-to-date!

First Day of July

Waking up to a sunny morning on the first day of July, I have gotten the vibe of wearing something simple yet bold. A quick story, I don't usually post my own OOTD-s (outfit of the day), I usually post OOTDs or OOTNs or outfits, of the people whom I style. But as soon as I got to school, a lot of my friends were telling me to post one. And so I did.

TV5 Guesting: Back to School Fashion

Last May 31, 2013, I was given the chance to share my knowledge in styling with every Filipino people. As a part of my interview, I explained why I picked that certain look for each model. I was the one who styled the guys (special thanks to Flying Dutchman and Skull Candy)  and I co-styled with Ash Aquino for the ladies.

Due to time constraint, I had to narrow down my explanation on national television. Fortunately, I have this blog where I can explain fully what I was supposed to say that time!

Look for model #1
This look is more of fashionable look where one could use it for school and can still party or hit the mall after school!
A printed polo top, pastel jeans, brown shoes, and a backpack (all from Flying Dutchman)

Look for model #2
Since we are in a country where the sun always says hi, I opted for a “chill” look, probably one of the best ways to beat the heat.
A tank top, a (unbuttoned) polo, a pair of shorts, loafers (Flying Dutchman) and beats (from Skull Candy)

Look for model # 3
Print on print! Very trendy! These are for the gals who feel like dressing up to school. There should be no reason for you to stress out when matching print on print. It’s about being creative, funky, and fresh!

Look for model #4
This is a more comfortable wear for the ladies. A flowy dress paired with wedges! Tip: Make sure not too much skin is shown (at least an inch for the straps, and please, no cleavage) Remember, you’re going to school not to a party. Show your legs! But if you plan on going short, the dress should have 2-3 inches gap between the end of your dress (skirt or shorts) from your knee.

Interviewed by Mrs. Tin Tin Bersola-Babao

Special thanks to Alwee Villarosa of TV5 :)

DLSU BMS' Time Square Fashion Bazaar

Last February 2013, I was invited by the project head of this big event to style for their series of fashion shows. This was held at the SMX convention center.

The clothes, shoes, and accessories used for this event were from retail stores and online stores. They provided numerous pieces which were trendy! One of the reasons why I was able to mix and match items to create fresh looks wearable for school, parties, and the like!

Photographed by Philip Cheng

Special thanks to Kayne Litonjua, Helen Shi, and Dorothy Tan! And to the rest of BMS, good job and congratulations! Hope I could work again with you guys soon :)
